I’ve been in the gym since I was 13. In my early 30s, I worked in big box gyms and saw the same struggles over and over again: people chasing the results they think they need—crash diets, endless cardio, killing themselves in the gym—only to end up frustrated when their body doesn’t respond.

I know this, because I did it too!!

In my 20s, I followed every diet trend (no carbs, anyone?), jumped on every cleanse, detox, and quick-fix program, and hit the gym six days a week trying to outwork bad strategy. But now I realize none of it was SUSTAINABLE.

I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and multiple certifications in Personal Training, Strength & Conditioning, Corrective Exercise, and Nutrition. I also dove deep into women’s physiology and hormones, learning how stress, cycle phases, and metabolism impact results. That’s why my approach is different—it’s science-based, personalized, and built to work with your body & life, not against it.

And it’s not just for women. While 80% of my clients are women, I’ve also helped countless men build muscle, improve performance, and break through their plateaus. Because at the end of the day, the principles of smart training and nutrition apply to everyone.
