Coach Angelo & Diamond Coaching
The Last Coach You’ll Ever Need
I've been in the gym since I was 13. Not because I had it all figured out — because I didn't.
In my 20s I tried everything. No carbs. Cleanses. Detoxes. Six days a week in the gym trying to outwork a strategy that was never going to stick. I was doing everything I was supposed to do and still spinning my wheels. Sound familiar?
What I didn't realize back then was that the problem wasn't effort. It was the approach. And more than that — it was the patterns underneath the approach. The all-or-nothing thinking. The "I fell off so I might as well start fresh Monday" mindset. The guilt that came with every missed workout.
I was living the same cycle my clients come to me with. That's not a coincidence — that's why I actually understand it.
Why Diamond Coaching is different
I eventually earned a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology — with a minor in Psychology — and went on to certify in Personal Training, Strength & Conditioning, Corrective Exercise, and Nutrition. I also spent years studying women's physiology, hormones, and how stress and metabolism impact results.
But here's what the certifications don't teach you — and what most coaches never figure out:
Information isn't the problem. You already know you should eat more protein and move more. What keeps people stuck isn't knowledge. It's the patterns that run quietly in the background — perfectionism, self-sabotage, emotional eating, the identity you've built around being someone who "just can't stay consistent."
That's where my approach is different. We don't just fix the surface. We look at what's actually been running the show — and we build something that works around your real life, not the ideal version of it.
